Kennedy M. Peter-Marske

About

Kennedy is a doctoral candidate at UNC Chapel Hill in the Department of Epidemiology. She is a pre-doctoral trainee on the cardiovascular epidemiology NHLBI T32 Fellowship. Her research interests include the application of epidemiological methods to cardiovascular health, and how of physical activity and social factors impact cardiovascular health. Additionally, she is interested in the intersection of psychosocial factors, mental health, and cardiovascular health.

Kennedy served as the president of UNC’s Epidemiology Student Organization for two years (Fall 2020 – Spring 2022). She enjoys teaching and interacting with students. In her free time she likes being active, cooking, and hanging out with her two cats. You can access her CV here.
